Welcome to FounderDiscover.com ("FounderDiscover", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, submitting a listing, or participating in our bidding system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service as well as our Moderation & Bidding Rules.
1. User Accounts and Founder Profiles
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating a founder profile or submitting a product listing. You must have the legal right or authorization to represent the founder, company, product, or website being submitted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
2. Top 10 Bidding & Promotional Placements
FounderDiscover allows eligible founders to compete for promotional placement in the Top 10 Founder Spotlight via a bidding system. Bids secure promotional placement on the leaderboard, but higher qualifying bids from other participants may change your position at any time. Bidding or securing a Top 10 position does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of business performance, traffic, leads, revenue, or investor interest by FounderDiscover.
3. Listing and Product Eligibility
All submitted products must represent genuine, accessible products, SaaS applications, tools, or startups. Listings containing deceptive, materially false, or misleading claims—such as fabricated revenue numbers, user counts, funding figures, or fake testimonials—are strictly prohibited and subject to removal or review.
4. Prohibited Content and Misconduct
We maintain strict moderation standards. The following content and behaviors are prohibited on FounderDiscover:
- Fraud, scams, phishing, Ponzi schemes, and counterfeit products.
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, or illegal hacking tools.
- Adult, explicit, violent, or exploitative material.
- Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or infringement on intellectual property rights.
- Impersonation of other founders, companies, public figures, or FounderDiscover administrators.
5. Bidding Integrity & Anti-Fraud Policy
Automated voting, bot usage, multiple account generation to manipulate rankings, fraudulent upvoting, chargeback abuse, or placing artificial bids to inflate apparent market demand are strictly prohibited. FounderDiscover reserves the right to freeze bids, restrict listing visibility, reverse unauthorized transactions, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent bidding activity.
6. Reviews, Investigations, and Enforcement
Listings and bidding activities may be audited using automated safeguards and manual review processes. We reserve the right to edit, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove listings or accounts that violate platform policies or pose a risk to payment security and user trust.
7. Reporting Violations & Disputes
Users may report policy violations, misleading content, or suspicious bidding activity to info@founderdiscover.com. If you believe your listing or bid was incorrectly restricted, you may submit a dispute to the same email address with supporting documentation for review.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
FounderDiscover is a discovery and promotional platform. Platform placements, upvotes, and listings are for promotional purposes only and should not be interpreted as investment advice or business endorsement. Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into financial or business relationships with listed entities.
